Team Members
We have a dedicated and highly experienced team of directors and coaches. Most of our staff have been involved with the organization since the beginning. All team members have a background in sports management, training and administration. With these combined years of experience, they bring sophistication and experience to our program. Our team believes strongly in the mission of SETX Outlaws.
Victor Zuniga
President/ Founder
Founder and President of our baseball organization.
Played football and baseball at Wheatley High School was starting SS/RHP for baseball c/o 95.
Pitched for San Jacinto College in 97.
Coached local league baseball beginning in 2009 and moved on to coaching select baseball in 2013.
Founded SETX Outlaws Baseball in 2014.
Adriana Zuniga
Vice President/Co-Founder
Adriana, married to Victor, is founder of the Outlaws logo and branding.
Mother to the Zuniga children Victor, Ariana and Anthony.
Sherry DuBose
Business Manager
Joined SETX Outlaws in 2017.
Sherry coordinates scheduling for practices and lessons, manages player & team registration, maintains player rosters, implements policy and procedures.
President to the Liberty Youth Baseball Association for 2 years.
Basketball is her passion, she has coached and managed basketball teams and leagues for many, many years.
She has a son who plays on the 11u team and a Lady outlaw on the 10u team.
Raquel Wood
Marketing Manager
High School Teams Manager
Joined SETX Outlaws in 2016.
Manages the Outlaws website, social media outlets and branding.
Assist Coach Victor with high school team recruiting, player marketing and data keeping. Ass
Web Design certified through San Jacinto College.
Graphic Design certified through the Art Institute of Houston.
Pearland Little League Board member from 2015-2018 as Information and Secretary Director.
Office Assistant at Saints Baseball Organization, which hosts college showcases and combines in Houston area.

Has two sons who play on the 16U and 18U team.

Chris Medrano
Coach
Joined SETX Outlaws in 2019
2006-2008 Intern for Oral Roberts University Strength and Conditioning Dept.
2007 Intern for Rice University Football summer Strength and Conditioning workouts
2007 Completed internship at Mark Verstegen world class facility for athletes
Overseeing MLB offseason, ASU Baseball NFL Athletes, and also assisting in the HS program.
2009 Head Strength and Conditioning coach for the Greeneville Astros and affiliate of the Houston Astros
2009-2010 Developed Strength and Conditioning Program for GCM Baseball
John Hebert
Coach
Joined SETX Outlaws in 2021 .
Coaches the 15U- Class of 2027 team.
Coach Hebert is a former member of the Liberty High School Booster Club.
He has a son who attends Liberty High School, class of 2027.
Mayor of the City of Liberty 2024.
In Memoriam of
Coach Lance Moreau
1982-2024
Joined SETX Outlaws in 2019 and coached our Outlaws until Fall 2024.
He left a legacy behind by being the BIGGEST FAN for every player he ever coached. He will be missed by many in the Dayton and Liberty Community and we know he wants us to keep playing ball!
Long Live Coach Lance
Coaches 11U-17U teams.
Coach Lance was President of DYSA in Dayton for 2 years.
Coached his son's team from t-ball to Jr. High ages.
Son is on the Dayton High School Baseball team, class of 2026.
