Team Members
We have a dedicated and highly experienced team of directors and coaches. Most of our staff have been involved with the organization since the beginning. All team members have a background in sports management, training and administration. With these combined years of experience, they bring sophistication and experience to our program. Our team believes strongly in the mission of SETX Outlaws.
Victor Zuniga
President/ Founder
Founder and President of our baseball organization.
Played football and baseball at Wheatley High School was starting SS/RHP for baseball c/o 95.
Pitched for San Jacinto College in 97.
Coached local league baseball beginning in 2009 and moved on to coaching select baseball in 2013.
Founded SETX Outlaws Baseball in 2014.
Adriana Zuniga
Vice President/Co-Founder
Team Spirit Designer
Adriana, married to Victor, is founder of the Outlaws logo and branding.
She manages the Facebook group "Outlaws Baseball Nation." She will create, design and order custom Outlaws gear.
Director of Events for the Dayton All Sports Booster Club since 2020.
Mother to the Zuniga children Victor, Ariana and Anthony.
Sherry DuBose
Business Manager
Joined SETX Outlaws in 2017.
Sherry is one of our most valuable assets to the staff team.
She coordinates scheduling for practices and lessons, manages player & team registration, maintains player rosters, implements policy and procedures.
President to the Liberty Youth Baseball Association for 2 years.
Basketball is her passion, she has coached and managed basketball teams and leagues for many, many years. SHe currently manages the Little Dribblers in Hull-Daisetta.
She has a son who plays on the 11u team and a lady outlaw on the 8u team.
Raquel Wood
Marketing Manager
Joined SETX Outlaws in 2016.
Manages the Outlaws website, social media outlets and branding.
Web Design certified through San Jacinto College.
Graphic Design certified through the Art Institute of Houston.
Pearland Little League Board member from 2015-2018 as Information Director.
Seasonal Office Assistant at Saints Baseball Organization, which hosts college showcases and combines in Houston area.
President of the Dayton All Sports Booster Club Board for 23-24 school year.
Has two sons who play on the 16U and 14U team.

LADY OUTLAWS
Richard Torres
Coach
Joined SETX Outlaws in Dec. 2023.
Coaches Lady Outlaws 8U team.
Coached for Impact Gold for 10 years.
IG team ranked as a National Team in 2019.
Coached Ariana Zuniga since 14U.
His teams won many National and State titles and are recognized for their competitive winning streaks in the nation.
His daughter, who he has coached since t-ball age is a Junior at Grand Oaks high school.
She committed to UH Cougar Softball in October 2023.
Coach Richard, is excited to begin the process with a new team from the early stages of softball.
He has an overall background in hitting, pitching, and fielding.

2006-2008 Intern for Oral Roberts University Strength and Conditioning Dept.
2007 Intern for Rice University Football summer Strength and Conditioning workouts
2007 Completed internship at Mark Verstegen world class facility for athletes
Overseeing MLB offseason, ASU Baseball NFL Athletes, and also assisting in the HS program.
2009 Head Strength and Conditioning coach for the Greeneville Astros and affiliate of the Houston Astros
2009-2010 Developed Strength and Conditioning Program for GCM Baseball
John Hebert
Coach
Joined SETX Outlaws in 2021 .
Coaches the 15U- Class of 2027 team.
Coach Hebert is a member of the Liberty High School Booster Club.
He has a son who attends Liberty High School, class of 2027.

Ronnie Muirhead
Coach
Joined the SETX Outlaws coaching staff Spring 2023.
Coaches 11U team.
He has played baseball since he was 4 years old. Also, played with the Outlaws for a short time.
He is an Alum of Dayton High School, Class of 2021.
He was on the Varsity Bronco Baseball Team as a RHP for 3 years. Then he proceeded with his next level baseball career by committing to Hill College (JUCO D1) as a PO in Fall of 2021.
Lance Moreau

Joined SETX Outlaws in 2019
Coaches 11U-15U teams.
Coach Lance was President of DYSA in Dayton for 2 years.
Coached his son's team from t-ball to Jr. High ages.
Son is on the Dayton High School Baseball team, class of 2026.
